一米国人の場合
このところの円安に鑑み、しばらくは異国訪問「外遊」は控えざるを得ないので、出費の少ない書籍やネットサーフィンで変化を求めています。
ナショナルジオグラフィックに旅行記を寄稿しているアンドリュー・エヴァンス氏が日本の好きな事を紹介しています。外からの視点を眺めてみました。日本の美徳とは。
そして、東京オリンピックを控え、観光に力を入れる参考になれば良いです。

Truly, the hardest part of my job is leaving a place. As my journey in a country comes to an end, I tend to get very sad, wondering if and when I return and thinking about how much I wish I could stay for longer. Often, my only consolation is to take stock of what I’ve experienced and feel joy for each one of those marvelous individual things. And so, after leaving Japan behind, I compile this little list.
